Medflow Agents is a brand of Vidahub Products, offering a managed AI service that provides intake & triage support, referral tracking, scheduling automation, and communication automation to single-location home health agencies, senior/assisted living communities, and ambulatory & urgent care clinics.

Medflow Agents is a paid managed service, not a free tool, open-source product, or self-serve software giveaway. Any reference on this site or in related marketing materials to a “discovery call,” consultation, or informational resource being offered at no cost refers solely to that specific call or resource — it does not mean that the AI systems, automations, or ongoing managed services we build and operate are provided free of charge. Pricing, scope, and terms for any engagement are set out separately in a signed service agreement between Vidahub Products and the client.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on this site;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this site or its underlying systems;
• Use this site to submit Protected Health Information (PHI) belonging to patients, residents, or third parties;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from this site without our prior written consent.
